Pappy Kojo is the best “hook” musician in Ghana

 Before I start writing anything,I will like to define the word hook as in my understanding relating it to music.In music,hook is often the most mentioned part of the song and it’s mostly the title of the song in question.

 For example Atom’s Y3 wo krom has the hook as the title of song,same applies to Gasmilla’s telemo.However,there are songs that has a whole different hook and title,you can relate this with Sarkodie’s Payback song.Hook is like a bait to get and attract the listener.
Pappy Kojo in my view is the King of hooks in Ghana and it can be easily be identified in his works.He develops a term or the bait and the listeners follow.I am currently a slave to his new bait Awoa!
If there is anything Pappy K is doing right,it is his kill to develop terms that stick with the listener.We can mention a lot of terms that the musician is known for ; we can mention Realer No,Ay3 late,2 Raw,Yi Wu Dross and the current in town,Awoa!
These are even the ones I gathered,just a few but there’s no denial that these terms has become a boys and girls anthem in our various Ghanaian hoods.We are patiently waiting for the new hook,sorry bait or term.Whatever!
